The bustling terminal of O'Hare International Airport was a chaotic sea of hurried travelers, rolling suitcases, and loud announcements. Ten-year-old Leo, dressed immaculately in a smart grey blazer and pressed trousers, walked slightly ahead of his mother, Sarah. Sarah, wearing a green trench coat, was busy checking their digital boarding passes on her phone. She looked up just in time to see Leo stop dead in his tracks in front of a terminal seating area.

Standing directly in front of Leo was a boy who looked like his mirror image. He had the same short blonde hair, the same deep blue eyes, and the exact same facial structure. But while Leo was pristine, this boy was disheveled, covered in grime, and wearing tattered, oversized clothes that looked like they had been salvaged from a bin.

Leo stared, his jaw dropped. The camera of reality seemed to freeze around them.

"Wait... Why do you look like me?" Leo asked, his voice trembling with a mixture of awe and fear. "I thought I was the only one."

Sarah rushed forward, her heart hammering against her ribs. She took one look at the dirty boy and gasped, dropping her designer handbag. The resemblance was undeniable. It was like looking at a ghost.

"Mom, why does he have my same face?" Leo asked, pointing a shaking finger.

Sarah fell to her knees in front of the disheveled boy. Her eyes welled with tears as she noticed a cheap string around his neck. Hanging from it was a heavy, rusted metal tag. She reached out with trembling hands and lifted the cold metal. Engraved on the scratched surface were the words: BABY #2, followed by the distinctive logo of St. Jude's Private Clinic—the very place where she had given birth ten years ago.

Sarah's face went pale, a look of pure terror washing over her.

"Oh no..." she whispered, clutching her chest. "It can't be."

The world spun around her as a dark, long-buried secret began to unravel in the middle of the crowded airport.
