Richard Vance took a step forward, his eyes locked onto Leo.

"Come with me, son,"

"Richard isn't trying to buy this ranch to expand his business. He's trying to ruin me because he found out that on your eighteenth birthday, I legally transferred this entire property into your name. This ranch belongs to you, Leo. It always has. I worked myself to the bone to keep it alive for you."
