Before the Vances could protest, Thomas turned to his officers.

"Detain these three for harassment, presenting fraudulent legal documents, and creating a public disturbance," he ordered.

As Richard, Evelyn, and their lawyer were led away in handcuffs, the medical team arrived. They rushed Sarah to the airport clinic. After a thorough examination, the doctor smiled warmly, assuring her that the baby was perfectly healthy—the pain was simply a sharp muscle spasm brought on by extreme stress.

Officer Miller and Rex waited outside the clinic. When Sarah emerged, Rex wagged his tail gently. Captain Thomas escorted her personally to her flight, ensuring she boarded safely. Resting her hand on her belly, Sarah looked out the window as the plane took off.
