My Mother-in-Law Attacked Me Over a DNA Test, But My Husband Knew the Truth
Previously: When my mother-in-law Eleanor violently attacked me in my baby’s nursery, claiming my child wasn't her son's, she thought she had won. But she didn't know our deepest family secret.
The Forged Truth
Instead of leaving, Eleanor reached into her leather handbag and pulled out a folded piece of paper, throwing it onto the changing table with a smug, self-satisfied grin.
"You think you're protecting her, Justin?" Eleanor sneered, her voice dripping with venom. "I took Leo’s pacifier last week and had it tested. That paper right there proves there is a zero percent chance you are his father! She’s a liar and a cheat!"
Sarah felt the room spin. She looked at her husband, her heart hammering against her ribs. She knew she had never been unfaithful, but how could she fight a piece of paper? She braced herself for the look of betrayal on Justin's face, preparing for her world to crumble.

But Justin didn’t look at the paper. Instead, he looked at his mother with a cold, chilling disgust. He picked up the document, slowly ripped it into shreds, and let them fall to the floor.
"You really are a monster, Mom," Justin said, his voice deadly quiet. "You hated Sarah so much that you actually forged a DNA test just to drive her away."
Eleanor gasped, her confident facade cracking. "I didn't forge anything! The science doesn't lie, Justin! Look at the results!"
Justin stepped closer to his mother, his eyes locking onto hers. The silence in the room was deafening as he prepared to deliver the blow that would shatter Eleanor’s schemes forever.
"The science doesn't lie, but you do," Justin whispered. "Because what you didn't know is that Sarah and I had to use IVF with a donor. I am sterile, Mom. I've known it since I was eighteen. Leo was conceived using a donor we hand-selected together."
The words hung in the air like a physical blow. Eleanor's face drained of all color, her eyes widening in sheer horror as the weight of her mistake crashed down upon her.
