My Mother-in-Law Ripped My Wedding Dress to Pieces, But She Forgot About My Hidden Cameras
Previously: Minutes before walking down the aisle, Chloe’s mother-in-law tore her custom wedding gown in a fit of rage. But she didn't realize a hidden security camera caught every single second.
The Forged Betrayal
The silence in the kitchen was suffocating as the video played on a loop, clearly capturing Catherine's malicious act. James took a step back from his mother, his face a mask of disbelief and disgust. His hands trembled as he looked at the woman who had raised him, now exposed as a cruel saboteur.
"What have you done, Mom?" James whispered, his voice cracking with emotion. "How could you do this to Chloe?"
Catherine's eyes darted around the room, searching for an escape. But within seconds, her panic morphed into a cold, calculating rage. She realized her cover was blown, but she wasn't finished. Dropping her mask of elegance, she sneered at us both and reached into her designer handbag.

"You think you've won, you little gold-digger?" Catherine hissed, pulling out a sheaf of papers and throwing them onto the stainless steel island. "James, look at this. Look at who you are actually marrying."
James frowned, stepping forward to pick up the documents. I watched in confusion as his eyes scanned the pages, his expression shifting from anger to deep, agonizing doubt. He looked up at me, his eyes pleading for an explanation that I didn't have.
"Chloe... is this true?" James asked, holding up a bank transfer receipt. "It says you accepted a million dollars from our family trust last night. And this is your signature."
My heart plunged into my stomach. I stepped closer, staring at the paper. Sure enough, there was a recorded transfer of a million dollars to a bank account in my name, signed with a signature that looked identical to mine. It was a perfect forgery.
"James, I swear to you, I have never seen that paper in my life!" I cried, clutching my torn dress. "I would never take money to leave you!"
Catherine laughed, a sharp, mocking sound. She stepped close to James, placing a comforting hand on his arm. She pointed at my torn dress, trying to spin a new web of lies.
"She knew I was going to expose her today, James," Catherine lied smoothly. "She staged this whole scene with the dress to make me look like the villain, hoping you would ignore the truth about her greed."
