Previously: Moments before walking down the aisle, Ashley’s mother-in-law tore her designer wedding dress to shreds. But when the groom demanded answers, a shocking live broadcast exposed the ultimate betrayal.

The Ultimatum

The silence in the kitchen was suffocating as the security footage looped on the screen. Patricia’s smug expression instantly melted into a mask of pure panic. She looked at the TV, then at her son, her hands trembling. For the first time in her life, she had been caught red-handed, stripped of her elegant facade.

"Andrew, sweetheart, this isn't what it looks like," Patricia stammered, taking a step toward him. "She set me up! She's been trying to ruin this family from the start!"

Andrew stepped back, looking at his mother as if she were a stranger. "The video doesn't lie, Mom. You tore her dress. You planned this."

Before Patricia could fabricate another lie, the kitchen doors pushed open again. Richard, Andrew’s father, walked in alongside several prominent wedding guests who had been looking for the groom. They stopped dead in their tracks, their eyes darting from the weeping Ashley on the floor to the shocking video still playing on the fireplace screen. Whispers broke out instantly among the guests.

Realizing her reputation was shattered beyond repair, Patricia's panic turned into venomous rage. She stopped pretending to be the victim and turned on Andrew with a cold, hard glare.

"Enough of this nonsense!" Patricia shrieked, pointing a manicured finger at Ashley. "If you marry this girl, Andrew, you are dead to this family. I will cut you off from the trust fund, the estate, and your position at the firm. You will leave this house with nothing!"

She stepped closer to her son, her voice dripping with malice. "Choose right now. Your inheritance, your future, your family... or her."

Andrew stood frozen in the center of the kitchen. The guests watched in breathless anticipation. Ashley looked up from the floor, her heart pounding. She knew how much Andrew's career and family meant to him. Would he give it all up for a ruined wedding day?
