A Salesman Shoved A Teenager In A Cheap Backpack, Unaware Of His Real Identity
Previously: When an arrogant luxury car salesman shoves an eighteen-year-old boy wearing a canvas backpack, he has no idea that the teen's family just bought the entire dealership—and his career is officially over.
The Price of Arrogance
The sudden shift in power left the entire showroom frozen in disbelief. Jonathan, who only seconds ago had been standing tall with arrogant pride, now looked like a ghost. His hands shook violently as he stared from Toby to the imposing figure of Arthur. The dealership manager, Mr. Vance, came running out of his glass office, sweating profusely as he tried to defuse the situation.
"Please, gentlemen, there must be some mistake! Jonathan is one of our top sales representatives. I'm sure this was just a simple misunderstanding," Mr. Vance stammered, trying to offer a forced smile.
Arthur drew himself up to his full, imposing height and looked down at the manager with absolute disdain. He pulled a folder from his leather briefcase and held it out.

"There is no mistake, Mr. Vance. At exactly nine o'clock this morning, the Sterling Group finalized the acquisition of this entire dealership franchise. Mr. Toby Sterling is now the sole owner of this property."
The revelation hit the room like a physical blow. Jonathan gasped, stumbling backward against the very sports car he had tried to protect. He had just assaulted the billionaire heir who now held his entire career in his hands. Desperate to save himself, Jonathan fell to his knees, babbling pathetic apologies and claiming he was only trying to protect the inventory from potential vandals.
When Toby remained unmoved, Jonathan's desperation turned to malice. He looked around the room and caught the eye of another senior salesman, Harold, who had often helped him cover up his shady sales tactics. Jonathan pointed a shaking finger at Toby's canvas backpack.
"He was trying to steal! I saw him reaching for the keys on the counter! Harold saw it too! We were just doing our jobs!" Jonathan lied frantically.
Harold, terrified of losing his own job under the new management, quickly stepped forward to support his colleague's fabrication, leaving Mr. Vance caught in a tense, silent deadlock.
