Previously: When an arrogant gate agent blocked a casually dressed man from entering the first-class lounge, she thought she was just doing her job—until her manager arrived and fell to his knees.

The Confrontation Escalates

Emily’s face flushed a deep crimson as she watched the casually dressed man ignore her direct orders. In her three years of working for the airline, she had never encountered such blatant defiance. She marched into the lounge, her high heels clicking furiously against the marble floor, determined to put this intruder in his place.

She found Mark sitting comfortably in a leather armchair, a simple bottle of water in his hand, looking completely at peace. She marched right up to him, crossing her arms tightly.

"You need to leave this instant, or I am calling airport security," Emily hissed, keeping her voice low but incredibly sharp. "This lounge is reserved for our premium guests, not people who think they can slide by without paying."

Mark looked up from his phone, his expression remarkably calm. "I have a valid ticket, Emily," he said, reading her name tag. "Perhaps you should check the system before making a scene."

Emily scoffed, refusing to even look at his screen. "I don't need to check anything to know you don't belong here. I'm calling security, and I'm calling my manager." Within minutes, two uniform security officers entered the lounge, followed closely by Mr. Harrison, the regional manager of airport operations. Harrison looked exhausted, his tie slightly askew from a long day of managing delays.

"There he is, Mr. Harrison!" Emily pointed a dramatic finger at Mark. "He pushed past me at the entrance and refused to show his boarding pass. He's trespassing!"

Mr. Harrison stepped forward, ready to deliver a stern lecture and have the man escorted out. But as he got closer and saw the man in the green t-shirt, his entire body went rigid. The color completely drained from his face, leaving him a ghostly shade of pale. He stared at Mark, his mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water, unable to utter a single word.
