The midday rush at the Golden Griddle Diner was always chaotic, but today was different. The air was thick with the scent of sizzling bacon and the loud chatter of hungry customers. Behind the counter, seventeen-year-old Blake worked tirelessly, his blue gloves moving with practiced speed as he flipped burgers. His manager, Gerald, a bald and notoriously strict man, paced behind the line, barked orders, and kept a watchful eye on the clock. At a corner booth, a young boy named Owen was enjoying a meal with his father, Steven. Suddenly, the cheerful atmosphere shattered. Owen’s face turned a terrifying shade of blue as he clutched his throat, unable to breathe. Steven panicked, rising from his seat and crying out for help. "My son is choking! "You left your post during rush hour. You're fired. Pack your things and get out."

Steven looked up, utterly shocked by the manager's cruelty. He grabbed Blake’s arm, keeping the teenager from walking away. Steven pulled out his phone, dialed a number, and spoke with absolute authority.
