On this quiet Tuesday afternoon, an older gentleman stepped through the automatic sliding doors. The man, in his early sixties, wore a simple charcoal cardigan, faded slacks, and held a worn brown leather document folder. He had receding gray hair and a calm, unhurried demeanor.
