A Desperate Plea in the Diner

The morning sun filtered through the dust-motes of the traditional American diner, casting long, warm shadows across the worn vinyl booths. Megan, her curly red hair framing a face pale with sheer terror, clutched her leather jacket tightly around herself. For weeks, she had been running, but today, her luck had run out. Outside, she had spotted the sleek, black sedan of her stepfather, Donald. She knew what he wanted—to drag her back and force her into a contract marriage that would strip her of her mother's inheritance.

Desperate, Megan scanned the diner. In the corner booth sat a group of burly, tattooed Caucasian bikers. They had a professional microphone set up on the table, quietly recording a podcast. They looked dangerous, intimidating, and entirely out of place, but they were her only shield. Slipping into the booth next to them, Megan leaned over, her hands trembling as she grabbed the microphone.

"Please, I need you to do something for me. I need you to pretend to be my sons for the day," she whispered urgently.

The bikers froze. The largest of them, Kane, a massive bearded man with a shaved head and intricate tattoos creeping up his neck, stared at her with hard, assessing eyes. Before he could utter a word of rejection, the diner's front door creaked open, and the brass bell chimed. Donald stepped inside, his stern face scanning the room, his dark woolen suit immaculate.

As Donald's cold gaze locked onto Megan, Kane slowly slid out of the booth. He stood to his full, towering height, completely eclipsing the light. Glaring down at the wealthy intruder, Kane spoke in a gruff, commanding rumble.

"You looking for our mother?"
