Previously: When an arrogant airline agent refused to let a casually dressed man into the exclusive First Class Lounge, she thought she was just doing her job. She had no idea she was confronting her new boss.

The Public Humiliation

Inside the lounge, the atmosphere was a stark contrast to the chaotic terminal. Soft jazz played over the speakers, and wealthy passengers sipped champagne in plush leather armchairs. Austin found a quiet booth in the corner, pulled out his tablet, and began reviewing the airline's quarterly performance reports. He hoped the unpleasant encounter at the door was behind him, but Melissa had no intention of letting a "trespasser" slide.

Less than ten minutes later, the heavy glass doors swung open. Melissa marched into the quiet sanctuary, flanked by two armed airport security officers. Her eyes swept the room until they locked onto Austin. She marched over, pointing her finger dramatically at him, her face flushed with triumph.

"There he is! He bypassed security protocols and forced his way inside!"

The quiet lounge fell dead silent. Every eye in the room turned to Austin, whispers breaking out among the elite passengers. The security officers approached his table, demanding to see his boarding pass. Austin calmly reached into his pocket and presented his ticket, which clearly showed his seat in 1A. But before the officers could inspect it, Melissa snatched it away, letting out a mocking laugh.

"This is obviously a fake. A guy dressed in a cheap tee could never afford a first-class ticket. He probably stole it, or printed it himself to sneak in."

She demanded that the officers handcuff me and drag me out. Austin looked up, his voice steady. "You might want to double-check that ticket in your system before you make a massive mistake, Melissa." But she refused to listen, ordering the guards to take him away. Just as the guards grabbed Austin's arms, a loud, panicked voice echoed from the entrance.

"Stop! Stop right now!"

It was Mr. Sterling, the regional director of airport operations. He ran toward them, panting and pale. Melissa smiled. "Mr. Sterling, thank goodness! I caught this imposter trying to sneak in." But Mr. Sterling ignored her entirely, staring at Austin with sheer terror.
