They Mocked the Only Woman on the Military Base—Until She Taught Them a Lesson
Previously: When Sergeant Clara Vance was cornered in the steam-filled military showers by an arrogant soldier, they thought she was defenseless. They had no idea who they were actually messing with.
The Hidden Dossier
For several agonizing seconds, Clara kept Marcus pinned to the wall, letting him feel the absolute reality of her strength. Only when she felt his muscles go limp did she release her grip, stepping back with effortless grace. Marcus slumped to the wet floor, coughing violently and clutching his bruised throat. His cronies, Miller and Evans, stood frozen, their eyes darting between Clara and their defeated leader. The illusion of their dominance had been shattered in a matter of seconds.
Marcus struggled to his feet, his face twisted in a mixture of embarrassment and burning rage. He pointed a trembling finger at Clara, trying to project the authority he no longer possessed.

"You're finished, Vance," Marcus hissed, his voice raspy. "Assaulting a fellow soldier is a one-way ticket to a military prison. The Captain will have you court-martialed by morning!"
Clara calmly adjusted her towel, her expression remaining entirely unbothered. She reached into her nearby locker, pulling out a waterproof tactical folder. She threw it at Marcus's feet.
"I don't think the Captain is going to care about a bruised ego, Marcus," Clara said smoothly. "Not when he sees what's in that file."
Marcus frowned, picking up the damp folder. As he opened it, his face drained of all color. Inside were detailed printouts of black-market weapon sales, missing night-vision goggles, and forged cargo manifests. Clara had been working undercover for the Army's Criminal Investigation Division for three months. Every piece of missing gear from the armory traced back directly to Marcus's signature.
"You thought I was just some girl you could bully," Clara said, her voice echoing in the steam. "But I was sent here to catch a rat. And I just caught him."
Realizing his life was over, Marcus's eyes turned wild. He lunged toward his open gym locker, pulling out a concealed service pistol. He aimed it directly at Clara's chest, his hand shaking with desperate fury.
