Previously: When a wealthy bully tried to banish a quietly dressed woman from an ultra-luxury boutique, she had no idea she was speaking directly to the brand's elusive global owner.

A Swift and Royal Justice

When Victoria re-entered the boutique twenty minutes later, the atmosphere was thick with dread. Richard was frantically packing his desk, while Chloe was shouting on her phone, desperately trying to find out why her credit cards had suddenly been declined. The moment Victoria stepped through the double doors, accompanied by two police officers and the company’s lead counsel, the room fell dead silent.

Chloe glared at Victoria, still trying to cling to her fading pride. "Do you know who my father is? You can't just lock down this store! My family will ruin you!" she screamed.

Victoria walked up to her, looking down at the younger woman with quiet pity. "Your father's company relies on Sterling shipping lines to move eighty percent of its inventory," Victoria replied softly. "And as of five minutes ago, those contracts have been terminated due to your family's involvement in grand larceny."

Chloe’s jaw dropped, her face draining of all color as the sheer scale of her ruin set in. Meanwhile, Richard fell to his knees, begging for mercy, claiming he was forced into the scheme. But Victoria merely waved her hand, and the officers stepped forward to place both Richard and Chloe in handcuffs, leading them out of the boutique in full view of the gathering paparazzi on Rodeo Drive.

With the store cleared, Victoria turned to the remaining sales associates, who stood trembling. Instead of firing them, she promoted a young, quiet assistant who had tried to offer her water earlier. "You are the new manager," Victoria said. "Remember that true luxury is not about the price tag or the label; it is about how we treat those who have nothing to offer us."

As Victoria walked out into the afternoon sun, she knew she had saved her empire from a parasite. She had proven that while wealth can buy expensive clothes, it can never purchase class, integrity, or respect.

The End
