"Dial the number on the back, dear," Clara said softly. "Ask for Richard."

Liam quickly dialed the number on his store phone. Within seconds, a deep, authoritative voice answered. It was Richard Sterling, the current CEO of the global brand and Arthur’s son. When Liam explained the situation, Richard’s tone turned ice-cold. He demanded to speak to the manager immediately.
