A Homeless Boy Touched My Paralyzed Legs—And Exposed My Brother's Dark Secret
A Miraculous Encounter
Victor Vance sat in the center of the lavishly decorated dining room of The Gilded Spoon, the city’s most exclusive restaurant. Surrounded by high society, crystal chandeliers, and the soft murmur of elite gossip, Victor felt utterly alone. Since the devastating car accident three years ago, he had been confined to a custom-made wheelchair. Beside him sat his younger brother, Julian, who spent the evening pretending to care while subtly nudging a stack of legal documents across the white tablecloth.
"Just sign the remaining shares over to me, Victor," Julian whispered, his voice dripping with artificial warmth. "You don't need the stress of running the empire anymore. Let me carry the burden."

Before Victor could reply, a sudden hush fell over the surrounding tables. A young boy, no older than twelve, had slipped past the tight security at the entrance. He wore a dusty, worn-out gray hoodie, and his face was smudged with dirt. He looked completely out of place in the sea of designer suits and evening gowns. Julian’s face twisted in disgust. "What is this trash doing here?" he snapped.
But the boy ignored Julian entirely. He walked straight up to Victor's wheelchair. Victor looked skeptically at the dusty boy and asked,
"What do you want, boy?"
The boy pointed down at Victor's legs, his eyes shining with a strange, ancient intensity.
"Sir, can I heal your legs?"
Victor chuckled incredulously, gesturing at his useless limbs.
"You? If you make me walk, I'll give you a million dollars."
Instead of backing away, the boy stepped closer and placed his small hands firmly on Victor's knees. Victor muttered,
"This is ridiculous."But the boy looked up calmly and said,
"Trust me."Suddenly, a jolt of pure warmth surged through Victor's body. His eyes widened in shock, and he gasped in disbelief.
"What did you do to me?"
