The Uninvited Guest

The atmosphere inside the high-end NYC penthouse restaurant was thick with luxury. Soft jazz drifted through the warm lighting, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view of the glowing Manhattan skyline. Arthur, a powerful fifty-one-year-old billionaire, sat in his state-of-the-art robotic wheelchair, swirling a glass of expensive vintage wine. Beside him sat Victoria, stunning in a silver sequined dress, her laughter echoing lightly over the quiet chatter of the elite crowd.

Suddenly, the ambient peace was shattered. A young man, his face smudged with dirt and wearing a ragged denim jacket, bypassed the high-security entrance and walked straight toward Arthur’s table. The surrounding guests gasped, whispering in hushed, offended tones at the sight of the intruder.

Leo stopped right in front of the billionaire. He looked directly into Arthur's eyes, completely unfazed by the hostile environment.

"Sir," Leo said, his voice steady and calm.

Arthur paused, lowering his glass. He stared at the disheveled young man, a flicker of recognition crossing his face before hardening into suspicion.

"You?" Arthur replied, his voice laced with cold amusement.
"I can fix your leg," Leo stated simply, looking down at Arthur's useless limbs.

Victoria burst into a mocking, high-pitched laugh, clutching Arthur’s arm. "Is this a joke? Security, get this beggar out of here!" she sneered.

But Arthur raised a hand, stopping the approaching guards. He looked at Leo, intrigued by the sheer confidence in the boy’s eyes. "How long will that take?" he asked, a cynical smile playing on his lips.

"Just a few seconds," Leo answered without hesitation.

Amused, Arthur leaned back. "I'll tell you what. If you actually do it, I'll give you a million dollars right now."

Leo didn't waste a second. He knelt on the cold marble floor, his dirty hands reaching toward Arthur’s bare foot resting on the wheelchair's high-tech metal plate.

"Count with me," Leo whispered, looking up. "One..."

Arthur’s face tightened. "This is ridiculous. What are you—" he started, but as Leo's fingers pressed firmly against a specific nerve cluster on his foot, Arthur gasped. A sudden shockwave of heat shot up his spine.

"Two," Leo said softly, applying more pressure.

Leo said softly, applying more pressure.
