Manager Fires Teen For Saving Choking Boy, But The Father's Identity Changes Everything

The lunch rush at the Golden Griddle Diner was at its peak. Clattering plates, sizzling grease, and the loud, demanding voice of Marcus, the bald manager, filled the air. In the kitchen, eighteen-year-old Toby worked tirelessly, wearing his olive t-shirt and black prep gloves.
