Before Richard could reply, the heavy glass doors of the executive suite slid open with a soft hiss. Mr. Sterling, the regional director, came rushing out, his face pale and eyes wide with concern. Flanking him were three armed security guards, their faces grim. Richard, believing he was about to be rewarded for his vigilance, pointed an accusing finger at Martha.
"Sir, this woman just bypassed our security! She’s trying to infiltrate the private executive offices!"Richard announced, his voice filled with self-righteous triumph. He expected Mr. Sterling to call the police. He expected to be praised for protecting the bank's exclusive sanctuary.
Instead, Mr. Sterling froze. He looked at Martha, and his jaw slackened in sheer terror. Slowly, the director bowed his head in deep respect.

"You idiot,"he hissed.
"This is Martha Vance. She is the majority shareholder of the entire banking group, the widow of our founder, and the woman who technically owns this entire building. You just tried to throw out the owner of the bank."
