Julian scrambled to his feet, his face red with fury, his pristine charcoal suit soaked in dark red wine. He looked like a wounded beast, his pride shattered in front of his most important associate.

"Are you insane, Clara?!" Julian roared, shaking his fist. "You just ruined a multi-million dollar celebration! You are nothing without me! I will divorce you, and you won’t get a single penny. Have you forgotten the prenuptial agreement?"

Clara didn't flinch. For the first time in three years, she didn't shrink away from his anger. Instead, she wiped a stray tear from her cheek and smiled—a cold, sharp smile that made Julian’s shouting die down in his throat.

"I haven't forgotten anything, Julian," Clara said, her voice remarkably calm. "But it seems you have forgotten who set up your digital filing system last year."

Marcus, still trying to wipe the wine off his trousers, froze. Julian’s eyes narrowed, a flicker of genuine fear crossing his face. Clara walked slowly over to the mahogany desk, entirely ignoring the glass shards crunching beneath her heels.

She reached under the lip of the heavy desk and pulled loose a tiny, blinking black device—a high-definition hidden camera. Julian’s jaw dropped. But that wasn’t all. Clara reached into the pocket of her ruined evening dress and pulled out a small USB drive.

"For months, you treated me like I was stupid because I stayed quiet," Clara whispered, stepping closer to her husband. "But while you were busy playing king, I was downloading the transaction logs of your offshore accounts. Every bribe, every shell company, and every cent you embezzled from your father's trust fund is on this drive. And tonight, you just gave me the perfect footage of physical abuse to go with it."
