Previously: A dropped carafe in a tense courtroom ignites a brutal showdown between a mob boss and his daughter's tormentor, revealing a dark family legacy of power and vengeance.

Axel Iron's question hung in the air, a death sentence delivered with quiet menace. Jason Vance, moments before radiating arrogance, was now a picture of abject terror. His eyes, wide and unblinking, stared into the abyss of his own impending doom. Axel, without waiting for a response, moved with explosive speed. His massive hand shot out, clamping around Vance's throat in an iron grip. Vance's feet left the floor as he was hoisted onto his tiptoes, his manicured fingers clawing uselessly at Axel's unyielding wrist. Collar studs popped from Vance's shirt under the immense pressure. Choked gasps rattled in his constricted trachea.

"You forgot who built this empire, traitor," Axel's voice was ice, each word precisely aimed. The courtroom audience, frozen in a collective gasp, watched in horrified silence. Then, with a surge of brutal combat momentum, Axel pivoted. He lifted the struggling Vance off his feet and slammed him spine-first onto the polished white marble defense table. The impact was concussive, sending legal briefs, glass carafes, and the judge's gavel flying. The marble tabletop visibly fractured with a thunderous boom. Vance's ribcage shuddered, the wind violently knocked out of him. His body arched in agony. Axel leaned heavily over him, his obsidian signet ring pressing into Vance's windpipe, indenting the skin. "Beg her for mercy before I snap your neck!" Axel roared, the sound a dark, commanding force.

"Please... Hannah... mercy..." Vance choked out, tears of primal dread streaming down his bruised temples.

Hannah, tears still on her cheeks, watched in stunned awe. The raw power, the terrifying control her father displayed, was something she had only glimpsed from afar. Now, she was at the epicenter. Axel released Vance, who slumped onto the fractured table, gasping for air. Axel then turned, his imposing figure casting a long shadow. He walked towards Hannah, his expression unreadable. He gently placed his heavy black cashmere coat over her trembling shoulders. The gesture, so incongruous with the violence that had just transpired, was strangely comforting. Yet, beneath the coat, Hannah shivered, not from cold, but from a dawning realization about the true nature of her father's legacy.
