The church erupted into chaos. Several high-ranking officers in the front pews rushed forward to assist General Vance, who was groaning as he nursed his bleeding lip. Clara didn't flinch. Instead, she stepped out from behind Leo, looking down at her father with cold detachment. She reached into the pocket of her dress uniform and pulled out a sleek, black flash drive.

Arthur’s face paled slightly at the sight of the drive, but he tried to maintain his bluster. "What is that nonsense? Get out of my sight!"

Clara turned to face the congregation, which included several members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. "Ten years ago, my mother, Colonel Diana Vance, was dishonorably discharged under a cloud of fabricated scandal," Clara announced. "She was accused of selling classified intelligence. The grief and disgrace broke her, and she passed away two years later. But she was innocent. The real culprit was a rising star who framed her to cover his own treasonous financial dealings."

A tense, suffocating silence fell over the chapel. Clara plugged the flash drive into the church’s media podium, which was connected to the large projectors used for services. Instantly, bank statements, decrypted emails, and official military logs filled the screens. The evidence was undeniable. It pointed directly to General Arthur Vance.
