A Stern General Ordered Me to Serve Him Coffee, Not Knowing My True Identity
The Confrontation in the Briefing Room
The air inside the tactical command center was thick with tension, smelling of stale paper and ozone. A massive, glowing map of the northern border dominated the wall, casting a cool, fluorescent blue light across the room. At the center of the room stood General Arthur, a man whose reputation for ruthlessness was matched only by his outdated prejudices. Across from him stood Lieutenant Sarah, her posture perfect, her eyes fixed forward, and her hair tied back in a neat, regulation braid.
Arthur paced behind the heavy oak table, his boots clicking sharply. He was furious that a young female officer had been assigned to his elite tactical unit. He stopped directly in front of Sarah, invading her personal space. He raised a thick, calloused finger, pointing it directly at her face.

"A woman's place is in the kitchen," Arthur barked, his voice echoing off the concrete walls.
The other officers in the room froze, keeping their eyes glued to their papers. Nobody dared to cross the General. Arthur slammed his heavy hand onto the table, rattling the metal canisters on top of it.
"Bring me a coffee! Right now!" he bellowed.
He expected her to break, to salute, or to scramble out of the room in tears. Instead, Sarah slowly turned her head and looked him directly in the eye. Her expression was entirely calm, completely devoid of fear.
"No," she said, her voice quiet but ringing with absolute authority.
She had spent months preparing for this operation, documenting every detail of the base's security. Yet, here she was, being subjected to the petty tyranny of a man who refused to see past her gender. The fluorescent bulbs overhead hummed a low, irritating tune, casting harsh shadows across the map behind them. Arthur's face was twisted in a mask of pure condescension.
Without waiting for a response, Sarah turned on her heel and walked out of the room, leaving the General standing frozen in stunned silence, his face burning red with humiliation.
