A Stern General Ordered Me to Serve Him Coffee, Not Knowing My True Identity
Previously: When General Arthur tried to humiliate Officer Sarah in front of the entire briefing room, he thought he was putting her in her place. He had no idea who she really was.
Justice is Served
General Arthur stood frozen, his eyes darting between the Admiral and the woman he had just ordered to get him coffee. The silence in the room was absolute as Sarah slowly opened her leather portfolio, pulling out a thick, red-stamped dossier. It contained months of documented evidence regarding Arthur's toxic leadership, verbal abuse, and operational incompetence.
"General Arthur's leadership style is not only outdated, Admiral; it is a direct threat to the readiness and morale of this unit," Sarah stated clearly, her voice echoing with authority. "His actions today only confirmed what my investigation has already proved."
Arthur fell back into his leather chair, all the arrogance draining from his face. He looked defeated, realizing his thirty-year career was effectively over. He began to whisper an apology, his voice cracking as he begged for a second chance, but the time for warnings had long passed.

He realized that the very system he had used to oppress others had now turned its focus onto his own long list of failures. There would be no quiet retirement, no honorary parade. Only the quiet, cold reality of his own undoing.
Admiral Vance nodded grimly, taking the dossier from Sarah's hands. He looked down at the trembling General with disappointment.
"General Arthur, you are hereby relieved of your command, effective immediately," the Admiral declared. "You will report to headquarters for administrative reassignment pending a full review."
As Arthur slowly packed his personal belongings under the watchful eye of the military police, Sarah watched from the doorway. She had not sought revenge out of anger, but out of a duty to protect the integrity of the service and the soldiers who served under him.
Ultimately, respect is not demanded through intimidation or outdated hierarchies; it is earned through character, competence, and integrity. Sarah walked out of the office and onto the bustling base, ready to lead her new command with the fairness and strength that the uniform deserved.
