Luxury car leases, designer clothes, and a penthouse apartment in your mother's name, Julian. Meanwhile, my granddaughter is wearing a standard hospital gown in a shared ward!"

Clara looked at the documents, tears streaming down her face. "Julian, how could you?" she whispered. "You told me my grandfather cut me off. You told me we were struggling!"
