"Don't move, sir," Sarah warned Arthur, pointing a finger at his yellow clipboard. "What is on that clipboard that’s worth abusing an elderly woman over?"

Arthur’s face turned pale. Realizing he was facing severe felony charges as an accessory to assault and fraud, his resolve crumbled instantly. "I—I was just hired to notarize!" Arthur stammered, holding up his hands. "Richard forced me! He forged her signature on the property transfer deed! He wanted to evict her today before the bank could notify her!"
