Edward was a man who had everything money could buy, except the one thing he desperately needed: his legs. Three years prior, a devastating car accident had left him paralyzed from the waist down. Since then, the wealthy real estate developer had retreated into a bitter shell of cynicism, spending his evenings in the city's most exclusive establishments, hiding behind his immense wealth. On this particular evening, Edward sat at his usual corner table at The Grand Reserve, a Michelin-starred restaurant, sipping an expensive vintage red wine.

The quiet, sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant was suddenly shattered when a young boy wandered into the dining room. He looked no older than ten, wearing a dusty, tattered, oversized knit shirt and worn-out shoes. The restaurant's patrons began to murmur in disapproval, and the manager immediately rushed forward to escort the intruder out. But before anyone could stop him, the boy locked eyes with Edward and walked straight to his table.

Edward looked at the dusty child with deep skepticism.

"What do you want, boy?" Edward asked coldly, his voice dripping with irritation.

The boy, whose name was Noah, did not flinch. He pointed directly at Edward's legs and spoke with a strange, calm earnestness.

"Sir, can I heal your legs?" Noah asked.

Edward let out an incredulous chuckle, gesturing mockingly at his high-tech titanium wheelchair.

"You? If you make me walk, I'll give you a million dollars," Edward sneered, confident the child was either looking for a handout or playing a foolish prank.

Instead of backing away, Noah took a step closer and placed both of his small, warm hands firmly onto Edward's knees.

"This is ridiculous," Edward muttered, preparing to call for security.

Noah looked up, his deep blue eyes filled with an ancient, serene certainty.

"Trust me," the boy whispered.

The moment the words left Noah's lips, an intense, shocking wave of heat surged through Edward's legs. For three years, Edward had felt absolutely nothing below his waist. But now, a searing, electric sensation raced up his spine. Edward's eyes widened in sheer shock, his breath hitching in his throat.

"What did you do to me?" Edward gasped in utter disbelief.
