Previously: A lavish Santorini wedding turns into a nightmare when a spoiled influencer destroys a priceless Stradivarius. The blind owner's quiet dignity is shattered, igniting a furious maestro's quest for justice.

The Maestro's Judgment

Just as despair threatened to consume Elias, the brass gate of the private cliffside scenic rail train slid open. Maestro Vance, a legendary philharmonic concertmaster in his late fifties, stepped onto the stone walkway. His immaculate silver hair and gold wire-rimmed spectacles framed a face radiating formidable aristocratic authority. His crisp, midnight-navy Italian wool tuxedo bespoke a man of impeccable taste and power. His piercing gaze swept the scene and instantly locked onto the shattered violin fragments beneath Julian’s impudent foot.

A thunderous, ice-cold fury ignited in Maestro Vance’s eyes.

“Remove your filthy foot from that instrument this instant, you disgraceful child!”
he boomed, his voice cutting through the stunned silence. Julian froze, his arrogant smirk replaced by a mask of bewildered shock. His breath hitched, his fingers loosening their grip on the gimbal. He had never encountered such immediate, unyielding opposition.

Maestro Vance didn’t wait for a response. He dropped to one knee beside Elias, his movements fluid and graceful despite the rough cobblestones. With breathtaking reverence, he lifted the cracked golden-amber maple rib into the sunlight. His breath hitched as he examined the faded, hand-pressed 1714 Antonio Stradivarius label inside the resonance chamber.

“Merciful God… this is an authentic 1700s Golden Period Stradivarius, an irreplaceable twenty-million-dollar national treasure!”
he whispered, his voice choked with awe and horror. Julian’s jaw dropped slack, his face draining of color. His smartphone, forgotten, slipped from his numb fingers and shattered on the stones, mirroring the destruction he had wrought.

Maestro Vance gently clasped Elias’s trembling hands and helped the blind master to his feet. Standing against the vast Mediterranean horizon, he turned a lethal, piercing gaze upon the pale, trembling influencer.

“Your family will sell everything they own to pay this debt—and Maestro Elias, Carnegie Hall formally offers you our premier artist residency tonight!”
he declared with commanding, triumphant finality. Julian could only hyperventilate, paralyzed by humiliation, cold sweat beading on his forehead as tears of ruin blurred his vision into blackness. The tables had turned, and the price of Julian’s arrogance was about to become astronomically high.
