David realized his lies were no longer working. The charming facade slipped away entirely, replaced by a cold, arrogant sneer.

"So what if it's true?"

he hissed, stepping closer to Sarah, his voice dropping to a menacing whisper.

"You already signed the prenup this morning. It’s too late, Sarah. We are legally bound, and there is nothing you can do about it. You’re mine."

Two large security guards quickly grabbed David by his grey suit jacket, dragging him out of the chapel as he screamed empty threats. The guests erupted into murmurs of relief. Sarah knelt down on the rose-petal-covered floor, pulling Chloe into a tight, tearful embrace.

Sarah whispered.

"You saved me."
