Mob Boss's Daughter Slapped By Lieutenant – His Revenge Shocks Everyone!

The air in The Salty Siren tavern hung thick with the scent of stale beer and the metallic tang of impending rain. Outside, the storm was beginning to brew, mirroring the tempest brewing within. Salt-weathered timber walls, slick with the sea's damp breath, enclosed a space illuminated by the flickering, amber glow of kerosene lanterns. Heavy, rusted chains, relics of a bygone maritime era, dangled from the blackened ceiling joists, adding to the oppressive atmosphere. Tommy, a young waitress of 22, moved with a weariness that belied her years. Her sunken eyes held a fatigue that spoke of long nights and hard work, her hands betraying a slight tremor as she wiped down the already-damp bar top. Her uniform, a faded canvas apron over a worn linen blouse, seemed to absorb the tavern's gloom.

A Brutal Encounter

Suddenly, the heavy door swung open, admitting a gust of wind and Vivian Beaumont. At 38, she exuded a dangerous charisma, her slicked-back hair gleaming under the dim light. A cruel sneer played on her lips, a stark contrast to the impeccable charcoal wool pinstripe suit she wore – the attire of someone accustomed to power, not to dive bars. She moved with predatory grace, her eyes scanning the room before locking onto Tommy. Without a word, she closed the distance, cornering the young waitress in a narrow aisle. The low-angle push-in captured the menace in Beaumont's posture. Then, with shocking speed, her hand shot out, delivering a vicious backhand slap. The sound, a sickening wet crack, echoed through the tavern. Tommy's head snapped sideways, a spray of crimson saliva and tears momentarily catching the lantern light. Her metal tray clattered to the floorboards with a deafening clang. Beaumont’s voice, dripping with sadistic arrogance, cut through the stunned silence, "Know your place, girl, before I dump your corpse into the harbor." Tommy stood paralyzed, tears welling, her chin quivering, the burning welt on her cheek a stark testament to the brutal display. She remained silent, her eyes wide with shock and a dawning terror.
