"Cut! Cut the cameras! Call an ambulance!" the director’s voice boomed through the megaphone, shattering the stunned silence of the set. Crew members rushed forward, but Clara was already crying out in pain, clutching her pregnant belly. The physical pain was intense, but the emotional storm brewing on the floor was about to become infinitely worse.

Julian scrambled to his feet, his navy suit dusty and torn. He reached out to touch Clara's shoulder, his face pale with panic. "Clara, I'm so sorry, I tried to grab you!" he stammered. But as he knelt beside her, his smartphone slipped from his inner jacket pocket, sliding across the slick marble floor and stopping right at the feet of Clara's sister, Sarah, who was working as the set designer.
