Previously: When stable boy Toby noticed his employer's wife tampering with the family helicopter, he risked everything to stop a deadly flight, exposing a web of betrayal and greed.

Adrenaline surged through Toby’s veins, erasing the pain from his bruised face and broken nose. He didn't think about his own safety; he only saw the madness in Eleanor's eyes as her thumb began to press down on the detonator. With a desperate, diving tackle, Toby launched himself across the manicured grass, slamming his weight into Eleanor's legs.

A New Beginning

They both crashed to the ground. The black remote flew from Eleanor's hand, sliding across the turf. Arthur, instantly snapping out of his shock, rushed forward and kicked the device far away from his wife's reach. Within seconds, the estate's security team, alerted by the commotion, swarmed the lawn, pinning the screaming heiress to the grass. Sirens wailed in the distance as police cruisers tore up the gravel driveway.

Eleanor was dragged away in handcuffs, her elegant facade completely destroyed as she cursed Arthur and Toby. Arthur stood in silence, watching the flashing blue lights fade down the driveway. He looked down at Toby, who was sitting on the grass, holding a clean towel to his bleeding nose.

"You saved my life, son," Arthur said, his voice thick with emotion as he placed a hand on Toby's shoulder. "I was blind to her greed, but you risked everything to protect me. A stable is no place for a young man with your courage and loyalty."

True to his word, Arthur didn't just reward Toby with a generous bonus. He sponsored Toby's education, eventually appointing him as the head of operations for the entire Sterling estate. Toby no longer wore a torn polo; he stood tall, respected and valued. In the end, Eleanor’s deadly greed had only succeeded in destroying her own life, while Toby’s selflessness paved the way for a bright, honorable future he had never dared to dream of.

True loyalty cannot be bought with diamonds, but its value is worth more than all the gold in the world.
