Previously: When Stephanie fell at her own wedding reception, her groom laughed instead of helping. Little did he know, she had already uncovered his darkest secret—and her lawyer was waiting at the door.

Unmasking the Betrayal

The sudden entrance of Gregory sent a shockwave through the banquet hall. Guests whispered frantically, straining to hear what was happening at the head table. Brandon’s face flushed red with embarrassment as he tried to maintain his composure.

"What is the meaning of this, Stephanie?" Brandon hissed, keeping his voice low. "Have you lost your mind? We signed the prenuptial agreement. You have no legal ground to stand on."

Gregory walked up to the table with absolute confidence. He opened his briefcase and pulled out a stack of legally certified documents, placing them directly in front of the groom. "Actually, Brandon," Gregory announced, his voice carrying clearly across the room. "The prenuptial agreement Stephanie signed yesterday is completely void. And so is this marriage."

Beverly stood up, her face contorted with rage. "This is outrageous! This is a private family event. Security, throw this man out immediately!"

Gregory didn't flinch. "I wouldn't do that, Beverly. Because these documents contain full proof of financial fraud, identity theft, and conspiracy to embezzle Stephanie's late father's trust fund. We have the encrypted emails you sent to your son outlining how to drain her account the moment she signed the marriage certificate."

The guests gasped. The murmur of gossip rose to a roar. Brandon’s hands shook violently as he stared at the undeniable evidence. His mother's face turned a ghostly shade of white. They had thought Stephanie was a naive girl they could easily manipulate, but she had outsmarted them.

"Stephanie, please," Brandon whispered, dropping his arrogant facade. "We can talk about this. I love you. We can fix this."

"You didn't love me, Brandon. You loved my father's money," Stephanie replied, her voice steady and powerful. "And now, you are going to pay for what you did."
