Captain Paul did not move an inch. His broad shoulders completely filled the aircraft doorway. He had been flying commercial and private charter flights for over twenty-five years, and he knew the difference between a nervous flier and a terrified victim. He looked directly at Samantha, whose eyes were wide with a silent, desperate plea.
