The aftermath of the restroom confrontation spread through the school hallways like wildfire, but Samantha knew that Cassidy wouldn't let this humiliation go unanswered. Sure enough, before the final bell rang, Samantha was summoned to the principal’s office. Walking in, she wasn't surprised to see Cassidy sitting in a leather chair, sobbing dramatically with a bandage on her forehead. Cassidy and her friends cornered me because they wanted to force me to withdraw from the valedictorian race. Cassidy has been trying to frame me for weeks because she knows I have the academic advantage."
