The security guards closed in, their heavy boots echoing on the gravel. Victoria folded her arms, a triumphant smirk playing on her lips. She believed she had caught a fraud red-handed, and she was eager to watch his downfall in front of the town's most influential families.

"What seems to be the problem here, ma'am?" the lead guard asked, looking between Victoria and the calm man in the sapphire suit.

Victoria gestured wildly at Sterling. "This man is trying to drive off in a vehicle that clearly doesn't belong to him! He is an imposter. I know the family who owns this estate, and I have never seen this person in my life. He's probably a valet who decided to take a joyride!"

A murmur of whispers rippled through the crowd of guests. Several people began whispering behind their hands, judging Sterling based on Victoria's loud accusations. Sterling, however, simply pocketed the keys and kept his gaze fixed on Victoria. His silence only seemed to infuriate her further.

"Well? Don't just stand there! Handcuff him!" Victoria demanded, her voice rising to a screech. "I will not have this prestigious event ruined by a common thief!"

Before the guards could take a step, an elderly man in a formal tuxedo emerged from the mansion's grand double doors. It was Arthur, the chief estate manager who had served the property for over three decades. Victoria's eyes lit up. She knew Arthur held immense influence over who was permitted on the grounds.

"Arthur! Thank goodness you're here," Victoria called out, smoothing her sand-colored blazer. "Please tell these guards to remove this peasant. He is claiming ownership of the Rolls Royce, and we all know it belongs to the estate's new owner, the elusive billionaire investor."

Arthur walked down the steps, his face expressionless. He bypassed Victoria completely, stopping directly in front of Sterling. To the absolute shock of everyone present, Arthur bowed his head respectfully.

"We have been expecting you, Mr. Sterling Vance," Arthur said clearly, his voice carrying across the silent driveway. "The deed transfer for the mansion and all assets has been finalized. Welcome to your new home, sir."
