Previously: When Olivia decided to publicly humiliate a delivery driver next to a luxury sports car, she never expected him to pull out the keys—or reveal who he actually was.

The Sound of Truth

With a smooth, deliberate motion, Caleb pulled a sleek, leather-bound key fob from his pocket and pressed the unlock button. Instantly, the black Porsche’s headlights flashed, and the side mirrors folded out. He pressed another button, and the twin-turbo engine roared to life with a deep, menacing rumble that vibrated through the pavement.

Olivia’s smug smile instantly vanished, replaced by a pale, frozen mask of horror. The whispers from the crowd erupted into hushed giggles and stunned gasps. She took a step back, her eyes darting from the flashing headlights to the key fob in Caleb's hand. "No... this is a joke," she stammered, her voice losing its confidence. "You're a valet. Or you stole those keys! There is no way a package boy owns a machine like this."

Before Caleb could answer, a distinguished older man in a tailored grey suit pushed through the crowd. It was Arthur Vance, the wealthy organizer of the car meet and one of the most respected real estate moguls in the city. Olivia’s eyes lit up, thinking she had found an ally. "Mr. Vance! Thank goodness. This delivery boy is trying to claim ownership of—"

"Delivery boy?" Mr. Vance interrupted, his brow furrowing in deep confusion. He walked past Olivia entirely and extended his hand to Caleb with immense respect. "Caleb, my boy! I didn't think you'd make it tonight. I see you brought the new custom Turbo S. Beautiful."

Caleb shook the older man's hand warmly. "Had to finish a few rounds first, Arthur. I like to keep my boots on the ground," Caleb replied. Olivia felt the ground beneath her feet begin to crumble. She looked between them, completely lost. "Arthur, what do you mean? He delivered my mail yesterday!" she cried out.

He delivered my mail yesterday!" she cried out.
