Courtney scrambled backward, her face turning a deep crimson.

"You ruined my bag! You attacked me!"

But Sierra remained unfazed. She handed her own bag to the officer, along with a laminated receipt and a certificate of authenticity.

"I was defending myself, Officer. And I think Courtney has a lot more to explain than just a physical altercation,"

Sierra said quietly. She then turned to Courtney, her voice dropping to a dangerous whisper.

"Like why your mother’s boutique is currently under investigation for selling counterfeit goods as authentic luxury items to our classmates' parents."
