The judge slammed his gavel repeatedly, the loud cracks echoing like gunshots through the chaotic courtroom. "Order! I will have order in this court or I will clear the gallery!" he bellowed. Arthur quickly stepped in front of Leo, trying to shield him from the judge's view while projecting an image of a concerned parent dealing with a troubled teen.

"Your Honor, please excuse my stepson," Arthur said, his voice smooth and persuasive. "He has been under immense psychological stress. He doesn't know what he is saying."

The crowd parted to reveal a man in a worn leather jacket. It was Marcus, the courier Arthur had hired to transport the stolen diamonds to a private buyer. Marcus walked down the aisle, holding a sealed evidence bag containing a high-end digital voice recorder. Arthur's confident posture instantly shattered, his face turning pale.

"Mr. Arthur paid me to deliver the necklace," Marcus said, looking directly at the judge. "But he also threatened to ruin my family if I spoke. I recorded our entire conversation. He explicitly detailed how he was going to plant the empty box in Clara's locker to make sure she took the fall."
