Duke rumbled, his voice like rolling thunder. He took the stack of cash from Grace's hand and slammed it directly onto Vance's clipboard.

"Here is the full outstanding mortgage, plus interest. We've already had our lawyers draft the payoff agreement. You're done here."

Vance's face went pale. He stuttered, trying to find a loophole, but the intimidating presence of Duke's entire crew made him think twice. Realizing he had lost, Vance snatched the money, climbed back into his sedan, and sped away, leaving a cloud of dust behind. The bikers erupted into cheers, revving their engines in celebration.

Grace wiped her eyes, overwhelmed by the sudden salvation of her family's legacy. She looked at Duke, who was smiling warmly.

"You saved my father's dream,"

she whispered, throwing her arms around the rugged biker. Duke hugged her back gently.
