Previously: When a shivering, barefoot six-year-old girl bursts into a rough biker clubhouse pleading for help, a hardened biker must confront a dangerous monster from his own past to save her mother.

The Demon in the Dark

The roar of five heavy motorcycle engines drowned out the thunder as Thor and his crew tore through the muddy mountain trails. Lily was secured safely in the covered sidecar of Grim's rig, wrapped in a thick wool blanket, pointing the way. The headlights sliced through the blinding downpour, illuminating the dense pine trees that seemed to claw at them from the dark. When they finally reached the isolated cabin, the front door was ajar, swinging violently in the wind.

Thor drew a heavy flashlight and led the way inside, his heart pounding with a cold, calculated fury. The living room was trashed—broken furniture and shattered glass littered the floor. From the back bedroom, a woman’s muffled whimpers echoed. Thor pushed the door open, his muscles tensed for a fight, but what he saw inside made him freeze in absolute disbelief.

A bruised woman, Lily’s mother Sarah, was pinned against the wall. Holding a wicked hunting knife to her throat was a man Thor hadn't seen in a decade. It was Marcus—Thor’s own estranged younger brother. Marcus had vanished years ago after stealing their dying father's savings, leaving a trail of destruction behind him.

"Jackson?" Marcus gasped, his eyes wide with wild, drug-fueled desperation. "What are you doing here? Get back, or I swear I'll cut her!"

The stakes had never been higher. Marcus was completely unhinged, demanding the deed to the family land that Thor had protected for years. If Thor made one aggressive move, his brother's blade would end Sarah's life. "Put the knife down, Marcus," Thor said, raising his hands slowly to keep his brother calm. "This is between you and me. Let her go." But Marcus only sneered, tightening his grip on Sarah as she wept silently, her eyes begging Thor for a miracle.
