Previously: A powerful CEO goes undercover as a trainee to audit a factory, only to be confronted by a tyrannical foreman. She decides to teach him a lesson he'll never forget.

The CEO's Judgment

With a precise, practiced movement, I applied a counter-leveraged wrist-lock. The hulking foreman, Jason Vance, who moments before had threatened to break me, was now crashing down onto both knees on the polished hospital linoleum. His momentum, his strength, his fury – all rendered useless against calculated technique. He landed with a grunt, shock etched across his face. As he struggled to regain his footing, I calmly reached into the pocket of my oversized mechanic jumpsuit.

My fingers closed around a heavy, cool object. I withdrew a titanium executive credential card, its surface shimmering with a 24-karat gold corporate eagle. Laser-etched beneath it were the words: 'CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER'. I held it out, letting the light catch the gold, before placing it deliberately on his trembling lap. Vance stared at the card, then up at me, his eyes wide with dawning horror and disbelief. The arrogance had vanished, replaced by sheer terror.

"I didn't enter your plant as a helpless trainee—I came to audit the butcher cutting safety corners."

He opened his mouth, but no sound came out. The realization had hit him like a physical blow. He wasn't just facing an employee; he was facing the owner, the one with the ultimate power. I leaned in, my voice dropping to a chilling whisper, the stark contrast to the earlier confrontation amplifying the impact. The cardiac monitor beeped steadily, a triumphant rhythm to Vance's downfall.

"You're fired, Jason Vance—and the federal marshals waiting downstairs will ensure you never see daylight again."

His body began to tremble uncontrollably. Tears of terror welled in his eyes, pooling along his lower lids as the weight of his ruin settled upon him. The reign of terror was over. Justice, in its most unexpected form, had arrived. The plant, and its workers, would finally be safe.
