"Get her out of the ballroom," he ordered, his voice dripping with ice. She revealed that the moment Thomas’s plane departed, Sarah had packed her bags for a luxury spa weekend, leaving Leo under the care of a rotating staff who were forbidden from contacting Thomas. When Leo fell gravely ill and was rushed to the hospital, Sarah returned only to maintain appearances for the doctors.

"She left him alone in that dark hospital room every single night so she could attend high-society parties,"

Elena confessed, her voice gaining strength.
