Arthur looked directly into Richard’s terrified eyes as he spoke into the phone.

"Thomas, I am currently at the downtown branch. It seems the manager, Richard, and an assistant named Sarah believe our store is only for the elite, and that children with big dreams should be taught their place."

A heavy silence fell over the line before Thomas responded, his voice cold with fury.
