The two suited men immediately bowed their heads as they reached the shelter. "Mr. Sterling, we came as fast as we could. Are you alright?" one of them asked, quickly holding an umbrella over Marcus's head.

"I am now," Marcus replied, standing up straight. He looked completely different now—no longer a helpless victim, but a man of immense power and influence. He turned to Leo. "Leo, I was mugged just two blocks from here. They took my wallet and my watch, but they missed my secondary phone. I collapsed outside that cafe because I was exhausted and injured. Inside the cafe, Thomas had witnessed the arrival of the luxury fleet. Realizing he might have made a massive mistake, he unlocked the door and ran out into the rain, trying to sound accommodating. "Sir! Please, come inside! I didn't realize... I mean, we are always happy to help our community!"

"Mr. Sterling, please! It was a misunderstanding!" Thomas stammered, his face turning pale as he realized his entire business was on the line.

"Your lease is officially terminated at the end of the month," Marcus declared coldly. "You have thirty days to pack your things and vacate my property."

Thomas stood frozen, completely ruined by his own cruelty. Marcus then turned back to Leo, his expression softening into a warm smile. "As for you, Leo. I want to offer you a different path. I am opening a new, high-end restaurant just across the bay. I want to pay for your college tuition in full, and when you graduate, the general manager position is yours. Until then, you will work directly with my executive team at a salary that will easily take care of your mother."

Tears of joy mingled with the rain on Leo’s cheeks as he accepted Marcus’s hand. He had risked everything to do the right thing, and in return, his entire life had been transformed.
