Previously: When Clara gave birth, her husband's joy turned to violent rage over a medical report. But his father's sudden arrival exposed a long-hidden family secret that changed everything.

A Web of Lies Unravels

Julian straightened his suit, his breathing heavy as he glared at his father. "What are you doing, Dad?" he spat, pointing a trembling finger at Clara. "You're defending her? She betrayed me! She betrayed our entire family!" Julian thrust the crumpled paper toward Arthur. It was a preliminary blood type report for newborn Liam. "Look at the blood type! He is O-negative. I am AB-positive, Dad! It is biologically impossible for this child to be mine. She cheated on me, and my mother warned me this would happen!"

Clara shook her head frantically, her tears soaking into Liam’s soft blanket.

"I swear, Julian, I have never been with anyone else! I love you!"

But Julian was deaf to her pleas. He turned back to his father, expecting Arthur to join his outrage. After all, the Vance family legacy was everything. But Arthur didn't look angry at Clara. Instead, he looked at his son with a mixture of profound disappointment and deep sadness. He slowly took the paper from Julian’s hand, barely glancing at it before folding it neatly and putting it in his pocket.

"Your mother has been poisoning your mind since the day you married Clara,"

Arthur said, his voice dangerously calm.

"She wanted to destroy this marriage because Clara doesn't come from money. And now, you've let her malice turn you into a monster."

Julian laughed bitterly. "This isn't about my mother, Dad! It's science! The blood types don't lie. I am going to divorce her, strip her of custody, and ensure she leaves with absolutely nothing!"

Arthur stepped closer to his son, his eyes locking onto Julian’s with an intensity that made the younger man take a step back.

"The blood types don't lie, Julian,"

Arthur whispered.

"But your mother did. And it's time you learned the truth about who you really are."
